For Oculus Rift S or HTC Vive;

Left Thumbstick to walk around

The Oculus Rift S "B" button to teleport target then the right thumbstick down to teleport.

You can open the door to the building by touching the doorknob, turn the Valve handle by touching the handle. (Only the big one in the middle) Start the monorail by reaching up your hand directly below it.

You can pick up the rear pump motor touching it and squeezing the controls. You can also pick up the small tank skid

For Windows;

Windows use the left mouse button to select the valve handle, door or monorail.

Hold the left mouse button to select the pump or small skid and pick it up, release the mouse button to drop it.

"W" and "S" to walk forward and Backwards

"A" and "D" to go sideways
